Recommendations:

Basic biking skills and minimal fitness required
Wear comfortable clothing for light activity
Bring only essentials a small backpack or shoulder bag is ideal
Arrive 10–15 minutes before the departure time
Don’t forget sunscreen (especially in warmer months)
In case of rain, waterproof clothing is highly recommended we also provide ponchos
